The UPLIFT Collective - Unlocking Potential through Leadership, Innovation, Focus, and Trust - is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing safety, leadership, and professional growth in aviation and air medical transport.

We believe that stronger leaders and safer organizations directly benefit the patients, crews, and communities who rely on critical air medical and aviation services. By funding scholarships, sponsoring safety and leadership programs, and creating educational resources, we equip those entrusted with protecting lives to serve more effectively and sustainably.

The UPLIFT Collective was created by professionals with deep roots in aviation, public service, and leadership development. Our work reflects a commitment to public benefit: investing in people, promoting innovation, and fostering a culture of safety in high-risk, high-reliability industries.

Together with our donors, partners, and supporters, we are building a stronger future for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

“Through our consulting work, we consistently encounter safety and operations leaders whose continued training and leadership development either doesn’t exist or it is such a low priority that it is never funded or scheduled.

We believe leadership, collaboration, and community are critical to safety.”

-Linda Benton, VP and Co-Founder

Scholarship Program Overview

Every calendar year, we evaluate available leadership development opportunities, safety events, and specialized training classes, and match them with potential recipients. Every applicant has the opportunity to provide information about what inspires them to help make their program and the industry safer, physically and psychologically, as well as describe specific areas they feel additional learning or collaboration would help them in their roles.
