  • The UPLIFT Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to unlocking potential in the aviation and air medical community. We fund scholarships for leadership training, safety events, and professional development so talented people can grow into the leaders our industry needs.

  • Through VyClimb Consulting's industry work, we consistently saw talented leaders promoted without adequate training or support. UPLIFT aims to provide access to world-class development and mentorship opportunities.

  • Professionals working in aviation and air medical transport who demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to safety. This includes pilots, flight nurses, paramedics, mechanics, communications specialists, chief pilots, safety managers, directors of operations, directors of maintenance, program directors and other industry roles.

  • We fund registration fees for vetted training programs, industry conferences, and specialized safety or leadership summits. If funding allows, we may also fund the associated travel costs.

  • Scholarship application details will be announced by fall of 2026.

  • No. UPLIFT scholarships are not loans. We ask that recipients bring their learning back to their teams to create a ripple effect of improved leadership and safety culture.

  • Yes. The UPLIFT Collective is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 33-4808335). Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, and you will receive a receipt for your records.

  • 100%. VyClimb Consulting covers UPLIFT's administrative costs, ensuring every dollar you donate funds scholarships and programs directly.

  • Absolutely. We welcome in-kind donations from training providers, industry associations, and others. Contact us at donations@TheUPLIFTCollective.org to discuss how your organization can contribute.
